We've got a lot of exciting new features to kick off month 2 of 2024 that we're sure you're going to love, let's jump into it.👇
📝 Usage Reporting
We've taken our usage reporting to the next level this month by leveraging your IdP to detect application sign-ins on a more granular level, giving you a high level overview of which employees are actually using the tools you've purchased, as well as opportunities to reduce your spend and potential attack surface area.
You're also able to with 1-click send out surveys to a selection of users to confirm usage and automatically deprovision their accounts (via groups or direct integration).

💪 Codify your IT processes with Playbooks
We've made a small change to Flows this month that we think will have a big impact on helping IT teams scale their manual and ad-hoc processes and that's ability to create playbooks 🎉.
Playbooks are simply workflows that require a manual trigger to execute, allowing you to automate manual and ad-hoc processes such as:
Resetting a users password and email it to them, whilst also notifying your security team
Syncing data from your HRIS to AD/Entra
Break glass permissions, temporarily giving someone access to an application and then automatically revoking that access after a period of time.
Access audit for movers within the company (e.g. ensure they have access to all the tools they need).

👥 HiBob + Lucca HRIS Integrations
We've also given the workflows a much needed face lift and improved the UX to make it easier to navigate, especially with the amount of new actions we've added in.


🔒 RBAC + Audit Logs
As our product matures and grows we naturally get access to and process a lot more data for our customers. Part of that means ensuring you're able to properly limit the scope of data and actions your IT & security teams are able to perform in Ploy as well as get introspection into every action taken within Ploy.
To this end we've released the ability to configure per RBAC as well as view audit logs all with in Ploy. These are located at the moment in the settings tab of your Ploy account and only visible to admins/owners.

As always there's also been a whole heap of other new functionality added to the platform 👇:
We now pull in City, Region, Country, Team from HRIS tools
You can now merge members together as well as view aliases email addresses
You can Create users in Google via workflow actions
You can add / remove users in Google via workflow actions
You can now add / remove users from Slack channels via workflow actions
You can now add / remove users from Slack groups via workflow actions
We've got a shiny new website ✨
Undo + Redo in workflows
You can now archive integrations that are no longer active/needed
Multi filter workflow action allowing for AND/OR logic
Users can now request access multiple times in the access catalog
There's now a wait (delay) workflow action letting you pause a workflow for days or even months at a time
You can now filter on survey responses completed/incomplete
Added "Form submission received" trigger
Can reset passwords in Entra via workflow actions
New utility actions for fetching all members or accounts in a workflow
