STEP 01

In the Admin By Request portal, go to Settings, Tenant Settings, API Keys and click Add New.

STEP 02

Choose the data center that matches the API prefix shown under About API Keys, then paste the key.

STEP 03

Ploy reads one device to test the key, then devices, owners and elevations land in the graph.
