JOINERS

The invitation and the product access go out together

Policy works out which Atlassian products the role needs. The invitation Ploy sends carries that product access, so the first login already has the right tools on it.

ACCESS

A group is granted, not requested in a ticket

An Atlassian group request is approved in Ploy and written to the group. The same path takes it back when the reason for it ends.

LEAVERS

The account is disabled on the last day

Offboarding disables the Atlassian account and strips the group memberships behind it, and the run records what went.
