Someone asks for a channel or a user group, the owner approves, and Ploy writes the membership in Slack. The grant can carry an expiry that removes it when the window closes.

APPS

The apps people installed are visible

Third-party Slack apps are read from the workspace integration logs. An app somebody added on a Friday afternoon lands in the inventory with everything else the estate runs.

LEAVERS

Off the workspace on the last day

Offboarding pulls channel and user group membership, and removes the account from the workspace where SCIM is available. Recorded either way.
