Reviewers see every AppViewX user with their user groups and last sign-in, so stale accounts stand out.

Offboarding deletes the AppViewX user, and the change is tracked until it is confirmed.

TYPICALLY 10 MINUTES

STEP 01

In AppViewX, open Platform, Identity, Service Account and add an account. Put it in a user group whose role can view and manage users.

STEP 02

Enter your AppViewX address, the client ID and the client secret. Add a gateway key only for multi-tenant installations.

STEP 03

Ploy signs in, then users and user groups land in the graph. AppViewX secrets expire, so set a reminder to replace yours.
