Policy works out that a role needs DocuSign and which groups come with it. Ploy invites the user and adds the membership, so the access is in place without a ticket.

REVIEWS

Permission profile, not just a seat

Every row carries the permission profile and the groups behind it. A reviewer is deciding on what someone can do in DocuSign rather than on whether the name looks familiar.

LEAVERS

Closed on the last day, seat and all

An end date closes the DocuSign user and takes their group membership with it. DocuSign keeps no hard delete, so the record shows the account closed and the seat returned.
