Offboarding removes the person from the organization and its teams, so they can no longer start a deployment.

SETUP

STEP 01

Create an organization API key

In env0, open Organization Settings, then API Keys. Create a key with the Admin organization role and without read-only. A User-role or read-only key scans less and cannot make changes from Ploy.

STEP 02

Paste the key ID and secret

Enter the API Key ID and the secret in Ploy. env0 shows the secret only once. Then choose the organization to scan. Add another connection for another organization.

STEP 03

Watch the first sync

Ploy tests the key, then members, teams and project access land in the graph.
