Every sync reads a list through its nested lists and reconciles the full membership. Somebody who left a nested group is no longer quietly receiving the mail.

SHARED MAILBOXES

A shared mailbox with an owner again

Each shared mailbox is linked to the directory user behind it and carries the list of who can open it, so access to a finance or support inbox is reviewable like any other grant.
