Offboarding clears every workspace

One removal takes the person off each workspace the connection manages, so a leaver cannot submit or approve expenses anywhere you administer.

ROLES

Approver rights granted per workspace

An approved request makes someone an admin or auditor on the workspace it named, and the role is lowered again through the same change.

REVIEWS AND EVIDENCE

Who is in which workspace, with which role

Each workspace carries its own membership and every member's role, so the expenses review starts from the current rosters.

SETUP

TYPICALLY 10 MINUTES
STEP 01

Create partner credentials

Sign in to Expensify as a workspace admin and create Integration Server partner credentials. Ploy scans every workspace that person administers.

STEP 02

Paste the credentials

Enter the partner user ID and partner user secret in Ploy. Ploy checks that the person is an admin of at least one workspace before it saves the connection.

STEP 03

Watch the first sync

Workspaces, their members and each member's role land in the graph.
