Access is ready before day one

A new hire is created in HiBob with a start date. Policy works out what the role needs, and Luna has the accounts and groups waiting before their first morning.

MOVERS

A role change recalculates the plan

HiBob records the new department, team or manager. The whole access plan is recalculated: granted where the new role needs it, removed where the old one no longer justifies it.

LEAVERS

The last working day starts the unwind

An end date in HiBob starts offboarding on the day it lands: accounts suspended, grants pulled, sessions killed and owned resources handed on, chased to done.
