A role change rewrites the membership

When someone moves, Ploy recalculates the HighQ groups the new role justifies and removes the ones the old role did.

LEAVERS

Membership comes off on the last day

On the leaving date Ploy takes the person out of every HighQ group they hold, and the offboarding record shows each removal.
