Every licence carries the date its holder was last seen and whether it is suspended. Seats nobody has opened for months arrive as a list, per product, with a name against each one.

REVIEWS

A reviewer sees the product, not just the seat

Each JetBrains row names the IDE the licence is for and when the holder last used it. That is enough to judge the grant rather than tick a name.

LEAVERS

A leaver takes every product with them

When someone leaves, all the JetBrains products they hold are listed on the offboarding run. The connector reads, so the release happens in JetBrains and the next sync confirms it.
