ACCESS

Group membership is the grant

An approved request writes membership into the JumpCloud group that carries the access, and the grant drops itself when its window closes.

OFFBOARDING

Suspended the day the end date lands

Ploy suspends the JumpCloud user and takes them out of the groups that carried their application access, or deletes the account outright where policy says so.
