ACCESS

A team grant that ends on its own

Someone needs a Linear team for a piece of work. Ploy adds them for as long as the grant lasts and takes them out again when it runs out, with no admin in the loop.

REVIEWS

Reviewers see the team and the role

Each Linear row carries the workspace role, the teams behind it and the date the person was last active. A revocation executes in Linear and lands in the certificate.

LEAVERS

The seat is freed on the last day

Offboarding suspends the Linear account, which is what releases the seat. The workspace keeps the person on record as suspended rather than losing their history.
