Accounts are matched to people in the directory, with the role each one carries, so a seat that belongs to nobody is visible on the first sync.

REVIEWS

A reviewer sees the role, not just the name

Each monday.com row carries the role the account holds and the date the person was last active, which is enough to judge the seat rather than tick it.

LEAVERS

The seat is named on the last day

When someone leaves, their monday.com account is listed on the offboarding run, so it is deactivated with the rest of their access rather than at the next renewal.
