KEYS AND SERVICE ACCOUNTS

API keys are identities, not secrets in a drawer

Service accounts and keys sync next to the people, each with the date it was last used. A key nobody has touched shows up in the review instead of at the next incident.

LEAVERS

Out of the organisation on the leaver run

Offboarding removes the person from the OpenAI organisation and pulls their group and project membership with it, on the record with the rest of the run.
