STEP 01

Find your customer ID

In OutThink Command Center, open Settings, then API. The customer ID is at the top of the page.

STEP 02

Create an API key

On the same page, create a new API key and copy it straight away. One key covers your whole OutThink tenant.

STEP 03

Paste both into Ploy

Pick your OutThink region, paste the customer ID and key, and Ploy tests them before the first sync.
