Offboarding removes the leaver's email and SMS subscriptions from every status page, so incident alerts stop reaching a personal phone after they go.

SUBSCRIBERS

Every alert recipient has a name

Subscribers are matched to people by email or by mobile number, so a reviewer sees who receives each page's alerts, not only an address.

REVIEWS AND EVIDENCE

Who can post an incident

The team member list is read in full on every scan, and a member removed in Statuspage is revoked in Ploy on the next one.

SETUP

STEP 01

Create an API key

An account owner creates the key in Statuspage under their avatar, then API info, then Create key. It is shown once and expires after the period chosen.

STEP 02

Enter the Organization ID

Copy the ID from the address bar of your Statuspage manage page, then paste it and the key into Ploy. Ploy checks both against Statuspage before it saves the connection.

STEP 03

Watch the first sync

Team members, status pages and their subscribers land in the graph.
