Once a termination date has passed, Ploy marks the employee as a leaver and revokes their UKG Ready access, so offboarding starts from the HR record.

ACCOUNTS

A lock is one step in a flow

Ploy locks the employee's UKG Ready account when access must stop now, and unlocks it again when it should come back.

REVIEWS AND EVIDENCE

Account groups, member by member

Each account group carries its own membership, so a reviewer sees who is in which group without an export.

STEP 01

Create an OAuth client

In UKG Ready, create an OAuth client for the client credentials grant. Its account needs the REST API permissions Employees View and Employees Edit, with rights over every employee and over account groups.

STEP 02

Enter your POD and company

Enter the host your company signs in to UKG Ready on, your company ID or short name, and the client ID and secret. Ploy reads your employees before it saves the connection.

STEP 03

Watch the first sync

Employees, their dates and managers, and account group members land in the graph.
