Offboarding deletes the collaborator, or sets every environment role to No access when the record should stay.

Create an API client

In Workato, open Workspace admin, then API clients. Give the client a role that can list, invite, update and delete collaborators and change group members. Copy the token: Workato shows it once.

STEP 02

Choose the data center

Pick the data center your workspace lives in, then paste the token. Ploy reads your collaborators before it saves the connection.

STEP 03

Watch the first sync

Collaborators, their environment roles and their groups land in the graph.
