Every Zoom account, matched to a person

Active accounts are pulled in and matched to employees. An account with nobody behind it is visible, which is usually the first sign a seat outlived the person who had it.

REVIEWS

Dormant seats show themselves

Each row carries the role and the date the account was last active, so a seat nobody has used surfaces in the review rather than at renewal.

LEAVERS

Zoom is on the offboarding list

When someone leaves, their Zoom account appears in the offboarding run with its role and last activity, and the task stays open until it is confirmed closed.
