Create an API account

Sign in to Apple Business as an Organization Administrator, open Settings, then API, and create an API account with a role that can view users, groups, units and devices.

STEP 02

Download the private key

Download the private key when Apple offers it. Apple shows it once.

STEP 03

Paste the details into Ploy

Enter the client ID, key ID and private key. Ploy tests them, then people, units, groups and devices land in the graph.
