Ploy adds the person to the Asana workspace by email when the request is approved, and removes them again when the access ends.

LEAVERS

Suspend first, remove later

An offboarding flow deactivates the Asana account on the last day and can restore it, so work stays in place until it is handed over.

REVIEWS AND EVIDENCE

Admins and guests are named on the row

Each member's tier travels with their access, so a reviewer sees who administers the workspace and which guests are still in it.

STEP 01

Create a token

Create a personal access token from a workspace admin account, or a service account token on an Enterprise plan. Deactivating and restoring members needs the service account token.

STEP 02

Choose the workspace

Pick the workspace from the list the token can see. Add another connection for another workspace.

STEP 03

Watch the first sync

Ploy tests the token against the workspace, then members and their tiers land in the graph.
