STEP 01

Create a user for Ploy

In AvaTax, create a dedicated user with the Account Admin role. Any role can read users, but invites, deactivation, deletion and role changes need an Account Admin.

STEP 02

Connect the account

Pick Production or Sandbox, then enter the numeric account ID, the username and the password.

STEP 03

Watch the first sync

Users and their security roles land in the graph.
