Three jobs this connector does on day one

REVIEWS

The note-taker seat list, without an export

Users, their role and their groups are read on every scan, so the access review starts from who holds a seat today.

ROLES

Admins are named on the row

The admin or member role travels with each person, so a reviewer sees who can manage the team and its recordings.

LEAVERS

A leaver who still has a seat shows up

Ploy compares the Fireflies user list with your identity source, so a departed person still on the team is flagged for removal.

2.3

SETUP

TYPICALLY 10 MINUTES
STEP 01

Copy an admin API key

Sign in to Fireflies as a team admin, open Integrations, then Fireflies API, and copy the API key. The key belongs to the person who created it, so use an admin who will stay on the team. User groups can only be read with an admin's key.

STEP 02

Paste the key

Enter the API key in Ploy. Ploy tests it by reading your users.

STEP 03

Watch the first sync

Users, their roles and their user groups land in the graph.
