Offboarding deactivates the user in Fullstory, so they can no longer see recorded customer sessions.

STEP 01

Copy the SCIM connector base URL

In Fullstory go to Settings, then Account Management, then SSO. Under Account Provisioning choose SCIM Provisioning and copy the SCIM connector base URL. SCIM needs the Enterprise plan, an Admin, and SAML single sign-on already set up.

STEP 02

Generate an Authorization Token

On the same screen click Generate Authorization Token and paste it into Ploy. Fullstory shows it only once. If your identity provider already uses a token, check with your Fullstory admin before you generate a new one.

STEP 03

Choose whether to scan groups

Turn on group scanning if Fine-Grained Access Controls are on for your account. Ploy tests the token, then users, roles and groups land in the graph.
