Every role on the ledger, in one list

Each Xero user arrives with their organisation role, so a reviewer sees who holds standard, adviser or read only access to the accounts.

Removed in Xero, revoked in Ploy

A user who is removed from the organisation loses their Xero access in Ploy on the next scan, so the review reflects the current list.

A connection that cannot write

Ploy requests only the Xero scope that reads organisation settings, so the connection cannot change a user or a role.
