Each person's role travels with their access, so a reviewer sees who administers the workspace and which guests are still in it.

LEAVERS

Out of the workspace on the last day

Offboarding removes the member or guest from ClickUp, and the change shows in Ploy straight away.

STEP 01

Generate an API token

Sign in as a workspace owner or admin, open Settings, then Apps, and generate an API token. Invites, role changes and removals need the ClickUp Enterprise Plan.

STEP 02

Choose the workspace

Pick the workspace from the list the token can see. Add another connection for another workspace.

STEP 03

Watch the first sync

Ploy tests the token, then members, guests, roles and user groups land in the graph.
