SETUP

STEP 01

Register an app in Microsoft Entra ID

Create an app registration with a client secret and the Dynamics ERP API permissions.

STEP 02

Add the app in Finance and Operations

Under System administration, Setup, Microsoft Entra applications, add the app's client ID and map it to a dedicated user with the System administrator role.

STEP 03

Enter the connection details

Paste the environment address, tenant ID, client ID and client secret into Ploy. Use the sandbox address to connect a sandbox. Ploy then tests the app, and users and roles land in the graph.
