SETUP

STEP 01

Choose your region

Pick the region your EvaluAgent account is hosted in: Europe, North America or Australia. Keys only work against their own region.

STEP 02

Create an API key

In EvaluAgent, open Conversations, then Integrations, then API, and create an API key. Paste the access key ID and the secret key into Ploy. Use a key pair only Ploy uses: if anything exchanges the keys for a bearer token, EvaluAgent switches them off for Ploy.

STEP 03

Watch the first sync

Ploy tests the keys, then users and their roles land in the graph.
