SETUP

STEP 01

Create an API key

Sign in as a Lucid account admin, ideally a dedicated admin account. Create an API key with the AccountAdmin, AccountReadonly and TeamsReadonly grants. Add AccountEdit to create users and TeamsEdit to manage teams.

STEP 02

Add a SCIM token (optional)

On Lucid Enterprise, open SCIM for admin management in the admin panel and generate a token. Ploy needs it only to suspend or delete users.

STEP 03

Connect in Ploy

Choose lucid.app or Lucid FedRAMP (lucidgov.app). Paste the API key and, if you have one, the SCIM token.

STEP 04

Watch the first sync

Ploy reads your users, their admin roles and your teams.
